Women's Evening of Fellowship
On Tuesday, April 30th, Women of Saint Benedict Parish are invited to gather together for 5:30pm Mass, followed by dinner from 6:30-7:15pm and a talk by Fr. John David from 7:15-8:00pm. Come out for an evening of fellowship with the women of St. Benedict. No RSVP is necessary. This is an adult only event. Vegetarian food options will be available.
Mary Crowning
Like October, May is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary. In addition to singing the traditional Easter antiphon in honor of Our Lady, the Regina Caeli (Queen of Heaven) at Mass, we will also have a Mary Crowning. This is the venerable custom whereby a crown of flowers is placed on a statue of the Blessed Mother. The Mary crowning will take place at all Masses NEXT weekend. During the recessional hymn next weekend, you are asked to please process to the Mary Garden.
After the crowning all will be invited to enjoy treats in the courtyard.
Spiritual Formation: Listen to a talk from earlier this year by Dr. Ximena DeBroeck, PhD, STL, MPS and discover how Salvation History in the Old Testament is fulfilled in the Incarnation, Passion and Resurrection of Jesus, calling us to deeper conviction of the Real Presence of the Eucharist and to imitate Christ as missionary disciples.

Family Faith Formation, First Sundays from 9:45-10:45 a.m. Family Faith Formation is open to all children in grades Pre K-4. Summer Fundraiser
April 27/28 Saint Benedict Youth Ministry will be having an "Envelope Fundraiser". All proceeds will go to helping allow Middle and High Schoolers from our parish to attend faith filled summer trips.
